In your original order, you have received a red letter with easy instructions on how to return a package. If you can't find the letter, here are the same instructions.
Please package items in a box or bubble envelope and include a note in the package if you prefer a refund or simply need to exchange for different items or sizes. All items are shipped back to you FREE of charge, including any extra items you would like to order.
