If you decide that an item doesn’t meet your needs, please send me a quick email liz@snugasabug.com to receive return approval. I will refund the product price and tax, but not the cost of the original shipping or the cost of shipping it back to me. For exchanges, please re-order the item you need online and return the one you don’t need.
